In times of corona lockdown and travel restrictions, it was extremely difficult for the M&A experts at Ebner Stolz Management Consultants to meet with interested parties, visit company locations or negotiate with investors. Therefore, we jointly developed a Digital Company Presentation that allowed all parties involved to get a good impression of the respective company, the acting persons as well as the most important economic key figures. The format has proven itself – even in the post-Corona era.
